Founded in 2005 and based in Bethesda, MD, CDI is a 501(c)3 college access and success organization committed to closing the education and opportunity gap by providing comprehensive college counseling services and ongoing support—beginning in high school and continuing through college graduation—to a target population of low-income, primarily first-generation to college students.

CDI is one of the leading college advising organizations in the region and 100% of our Scholars matriculate at selective four-year colleges. 98% of our Scholars are on track to graduate from college in six years.
